Books come to life at the Myrick Conservation Center as Potter the Otter reads a book to inspire. The story continues with an outdoor adventure and take home craft. Please remember to dress for the weather.

Members $5, Non-Member $10 . (Adult/Caregiver free, but must register.)

Registration required.

Books and Boots will be outdoors only.  In case of inclement weather it may be cancelled.

On day of program:

  • Families will be asked to sign a Covid waiver of liability as well as complete a Covid disclosure.
  • All participants will have their temperatures taken at the start of the program (both youth and caregivers)
  • A porta toilet and handwashing station is available near the parking lot.
  • All participants will be met in the parking area.

Summer Concert Series- The Lukens Band

This concert will feature traditional patriotic songs and marches. www.lukensband.org  Concert is free.  Gates open at 6 p.m.

Take Your Child Fishing SOLD OUT

Summer Concert Series- The Bryn Mawr Mainliners

The Bryn Mawr Mainliners chorus is one of the top American Barbershop groups.  Christened in 1963, the Mainliners draw members from Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.  Their four part harmony will delight young and old. www.mainliners.org  Concert is free.  Gates open at 6 p.m.

Summer Concert Series- The Cameltones

Founded in 2000 the Cameltones have endeavored to bring jam music to dozens of people in the Brandywine Valley. They combine their love of classic rock with a healthy dose of Attention Deficit Disorder to assure that no song is ever played the same way twice. Concert is free.  Gates open at 6 p.m.

Hailing from West Chester, The Sermon!”uses vintage instruments to perform a retro jazz-funk sound.  Gates open at 6 p.m. and concert is free.

Nestled in the heart of Chester County, PA, the Joe Hillman Band is an acoustic string band specializing in entertaining crowds of all walk of life. Tri-State Bird Rescue Presentation
