Member registration begins on February 1 at 8:30 AM. Non member registration begins March 1 at 8:30 AM.

A Family Membership or greater is required to be eligible for member prices & early registration for summer camp.

Our camps fill quickly, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is online only. You will be paying through PayPal.

If a program is full or cancelled, your registration fee for that program will be refunded, and you will be waitlisted. You will be notified within seven business days of registration with a confirmation email, including links to the medical form and detailed camp information.

There will be no further communications unless your forms are incomplete, late, or we notify you of changes in your waitlist status. 

Due to the nature of activities in our programs, we are only able to register campers with special needs on a case-by-case basis. Please call the office at 610-793-1090 for more information.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds for canceling a camp 14 days or more prior to camp start date will be honored, minus a $75 per camper per camp cancellation fee.
• Refunds for canceling a camp less than 14 days to camp start date will only be issued if the slot can be filled, minus a $75 per camper per camp cancellation fee. If the slot cannot be filled, the entire fee will be forfeited.
• When switching camps, a $35 transfer fee per camper. per camp will be charged.
